Admin: Create and configure interview evaluation forms

Evaluation forms are essential tools in evaluating candidates consistently and accurately during the interview process. It allows you to standardize the assessment criteria, ensuring that interviewers evaluate candidates based on relevant skills and competencies.


As an administrator, you can create custom evaluation forms for your recruitment team to use when scheduling and conducting interviews.

To create a form, 


  1. Go to Settings and click on Evaluation Form under the Recruitment section. 

  2. Click on Create Evaluation Form. Choose from the four available form templates that align with your organization’s competency matrix and selection process.

  3. Once you have selected a form template, fill in the assessment areas and any additional required information. Assign a unique name to the form and click on Save to complete the process. 

  4. Once saved, the form will be added to your organization’s list of available forms

  5. You can edit, delete, or duplicate the form as needed.


The created evaluation forms will be available to recruiters as they create jobs and schedule interviews.





Additional Configurations


  1. Recruiter Form Creation Permissions:

At the top of the Evaluation Form page, you’ll see the option: “Do you want to allow recruiters to add a new assessment form?” Choose Yes, Allow to let recruiters create and use their own evaluation forms. Choose No, Don’t Allow to restrict recruiters from creating evaluation forms. In this case, they can only use the forms created by you or other admins.

  1. Set Maximum Score for Assessment Areas:

At the top of the page, you’ll find a field labeled: “Maximum allowed interview total score per assessment area.” Enter the maximum score that interviewers can assign for a single assessment area. This score limit applies across all forms used within your organization.
