Modified on Tue, 2 Jul at 5:45 AM

This guide explains how to manage team members' roles and permissions in ZappyVue. As an administrator, you'll have full access to all features and functionalities.

Managing Team Members

Step 1: Navigate to the "teams" section. Here, you'll find a list of your team members. To add new members, click on "invite members".

Step 2: Enter the new member's name, work email address, and select their role. ZappyVue allows you to assign three different roles to members.

Understanding Roles

1. Admin: This role grants full access to all system operations, including creating, managing, editing, and deleting interviews and candidates.

2. Interview Admin: This role allows the member to create and manage interviews. They can edit an interview but cannot delete an interview or a candidate.

3. Collaborator: This role allows the member to manage interviews. However, they cannot create or delete an interview or a candidate.

After selecting the appropriate role, click on "invite member".

An email will be sent to the new member with their username, password, and a link to ZappyVue.

Viewing and Editing Team Members

Step 1: In the list of team members, you'll find each member's name, email address, assigned role, and last login date. If a member hasn't logged in yet, it will show "no login yet".

You'll also see the date the member was invited and who invited them.

Step 2: To edit a member's details, click on the three dots next to their name and select "edit member".

You can edit the member's full name or role. Please note that the work email address cannot be edited.

To change a member's role, select the new role and click "save".

Deleting Team Members

Step 1: To delete a team member, click on the three dots next to their name and select "delete member".

Step 2: Type "delete permanently" to confirm the deletion.

Please Note:

1. Self-deletion is not possible.

2. At all times at least 1 account admin must be there in the team
