Evaluation forms are essential tools in evaluating candidates consistently and accurately during the interview process. It allows you to standardize the assessment criteria, ensuring that interviewers evaluate candidates based on relevant skills and competencies.

As a recruiter, you can create and customize evaluation forms for various job stages if the admin has granted permission. Follow these steps to set up evaluation forms as part of the job creation process.

To create a form,

  1. Start by clicking on Create Job. Proceed to the 4th step, Recruitment Steps, in the job creation process.

  2. Choose the job stages as you typically would.

  3. If your admin has pre-configured evaluation forms, you’ll see a list of available forms below each job stage. Select the form that best fits each stage’s requirements.

  4. If no evaluation forms are available you can create a new evaluation form, provided you have the necessary permissions.

  5. Click Create Evaluation Form to open a pop-up with three options for form creation:

  1. Create from Skill: Automatically generates assessment areas based on job skills specified in the Job Profile (first step of job creation).

  2. Copy from Existing Form: Duplicates an existing form, allowing you to edit details as needed before saving.

  3. Create Blank Form: Lets you select a template and manually add assessment areas for the interviewer to evaluate.

  1. Ensure that an evaluation form is chosen for every job stage to proceed. The selected forms will be used by interviewers to score candidates during interviews.
