Zappyhire assigns a unique serial number to each offer letter, streamlining issuance and enabling quick referencing. This systematic approach ensures organized record-keeping for auditing and compliance. ATS administrators can customize serial number use based on their preferences, offering flexibility in implementation.
Zappyhire also allows the ATS administrators to enable or disable the use of serial numbers for offer letters based on their preferences and organizational needs. Ie., you have the flexibility to choose whether to implement this feature.
How to set up serial numbers for the offer letter?
Step 1: Access Offer Letter Settings:
Navigate to the Settings page and select "Offer Letter".
Step 2: Choose Offer Letter Configuration:
In the Offer Letter Setting, choose between "One offer letter" or "Two offer letters" based on your requirements.
Step 3: Enable Serial Number:
Within the "Offer Letter & Serial Number" tab, a new question prompts you to assign a serial number to the offer letter.
By default, the answer is set to "No" You can choose "Yes" to enable a serial number.
Step 4: Input Base Serial Number:
If "Yes" is selected, a new input field for the base serial number appears next to the offer letter name field.
Enter the base serial number. Note that only numeric values are allowed.
Step 5: Save and Reference:
Save the entered base serial number.
Step 6: Candidate Detail Page:
Once a serial number is assigned, it is displayed for each candidate in the personal details section as "Offer Letter Serial Number"
A serial number will assigned to each offer letter upon drafting, and the next subsequent offer letters will receive an incremented value in their serial numbers.
Note:
If you choose not to assign a serial number, the title and number will not appear on the candidate details page.
