From the point of raising a requisition till onboarding a candidate, multiple types of notifications and communication are exchanged between the various users. For example, an approver is notified when they need to approve or reject an offer letter, a candidate is notified to take action on an offer letter assigned to them. Currently, all notifications in Zappyhire are sent via mail. The template and content for these emails are set by default but can be modified to suit the branding and communication guidelines of your organization at any time. You can also create your own email templates with a pre-defined email layout and use this as a base for all communications.
The layout for any email can be edited simply by clicking on Settings > Email &Template.
In the Email &Template screen that opens, you can create new templates in any format. This includes templates for offer letters(provisional/final), candidate emails, covering letters etc. You can search for any templates from the default list of templates and view, edit, delete or update them.
