How to approve/reject an offer letter?

Before sharing an offer letter with the candidate, it is critical to get it approved by the relevant managers. After all the assessment stages or interviews are completed, the candidate can be moved to the final stage- Offer. The offer letter is drafted and sent to the Offer letter approvers in this stage. Only users with the  Offer approver role can take an action on the offer letters. 


How to approve/reject an offer letter?


Step 1: On the left menu bar, click on Approvals.


Step 2: If you are both a requisition and offer letter approver, both the tabs (Requisition and Offer letter approvals) will be displayed. You can view the offer letters that are yet to be approved/rejected by selecting the Pending option next to the title


Step 3: Select the offer letter that you want to approve. You can also search for the offer letter by typing the name of the candidate in the search box or by using the different filters.


 


Step 4: Click on View Offer Letter to view all the details before taking an action. 



Step 5: On the bottom of the offer letter two buttons, Approve and Reject, are displayed. To take either of the action it is mandatory to leave a comment. 


If the offer letter is approved, the HR can share the offer letter with the candidate. If the offer letter is rejected, the HR can reissue the offer letter and resubmit it for approval.
