What is smart recommendation?

The  'Smart Recommendation'  feature uses AI to recommend candidates based on the historical data of the shortlisted and hired candidates of that job.

To use smart recommendation, go to Jobs > View job page >  Matching candidates > Smart recommendation.

Note: Click on the job to view the job page.

If you select smart recommendation, active candidates present in the candidate repository, who are eligible will be selected by default and displayed.

You can use more filters by clicking on the Include Candidates list on the top right. From the list you can select candidates who are active, mapped to other jobs, rejected from other jobs, and hired but not joined. To remove the selected filters click on the close(x) sign of each filter.

Once you have found the matching candidates, you can map the candidates to the job by clicking on the Map to Job button, or you can inform the candidates or collect data from the candidates.
