You can also initiate the chatbot or tele-call to collect more details from the candidate automatically. If the resume has not been uploaded by the candidate, you can request their resume using the Get Resume option under Data Collection. This will send a chatbot link to the candidate clicking on which, the candidate will be able to upload their resume.
You can click on the candidate to edit the details including the candidate's resume.
Edit the details and click on save changes to update.
You can upload candidates to the repository in bulk by using the Upload Candidates option,
You can either upload resumes in bulk or upload the candidate details via excel sheet.
You can search for candidates using the Basic Search, Resume/Skill Search or the Smart Candidate Search.
Basic Search: You can search candidates by id, name or email.
Smart Candidate Search: The smart candidate search will allow you to search for candidates in simple English. For example, you can type “candidates from Kochi with 5 years of experience and skilled in python” to get search results for all candidates who have 5 years of experience, are skilled in python and are from Kochi.
Resume/Skill Search: You can search for candidates using words that might be in their resume or by different skills. For example, you can type the word “communication” in the search box and the search results will show candidate resumes that have the word “communication”.
Select the candidate and click on the Map option to map to the multiple jobs.
The portal/platform through which the candidate applied will be also specified as the source of the candidate.
This will help the recruiter to distinguish those candidates who were referred by an employee or uploaded by a consultant, who will be given more priority as compared to candidates who applied or got referred through the career portal or a social media platform.
