How to do custom search?

Modified on Mon, 26 Dec, 2022 at 2:03 PM

Custom search allows you to search for matching candidates manually, using different filters.

As you have in the smart recommendation feature, you have the Include Candidates list in custom search, which is a set of candidate statuses. You can select multiple statuses from this list, and the candidates displayed will be from all the selected statuses.

At the right end, you'll see the filters for the custom search. Use these filters to narrow down your searches.

You can search candidates by email/name, experience, minimum qualification, primary skills, optional skills, salary range, certifications, or courses, These filters can be also set as optional by clicking on the star next to the fields.

In addition to these, you also have another set of filters which includes search by age, notice period, gender, candidate's current location, candidate's applied date, and candidate source. Click on Additional Filters to display these filters.

To remove any selected filter, you can click on the close(x) sign next to the filter.

Once you have found the matching candidates, you can map the candidates to the job by clicking on the Map to Job button, or you can inform the candidates or collect data from the candidates.
