Welcome to the all-new Interview Portal! With a sleek new interface designed to make interview management a breeze, conducting interviews has never been so seamless and intuitive. Get ready to explore powerful features that take your hiring process to the next level!
Dashboard
Your Dashboard is the main landing page, giving you a snapshot of key performance indicators (KPIs) and tasks assigned to you.
Top Section - Summary Cards:
Upcoming Interviews: Total count of your scheduled interviews.
Pending Reviews: Count of candidates awaiting your review.
Interviews Completed: Count of interviews you have taken a decision on and signed off.
Reviews Completed: Count of all reviews you have completed.
Here's the key difference between Interviews and Reviews: Interviews involve both you (the interviewer) and the candidate in a scheduled session, while a Review is an independent assessment where a recruiter assigns you a candidate’s resume to evaluate on your own. At the Review stage, the candidate is not involved, and no interview is scheduled yet. If you think the candidate is promising, you can shortlist them, prompting the recruiter to arrange an interview with the candidate.
Middle Section - Next Interview:
Displays details of your upcoming interview to help you prepare in advance.
Bottom Section - Task Snapshot:
Lists tasks such as upcoming interviews, pending feedback, and candidates needing review. Click each item to navigate to the relevant page.
Right Section - Calendar View:
Displays your daily schedule in a calendar format for easy tracking.
Interviews
The Interview page includes three tabs to help you easily manage and monitor interview status:
Upcoming Interviews:
This tab shows all the scheduled interviews assigned to you. You can view interview details, including job, candidate, and co-panelist information.
New Feature!! A major update in this release is the ability for each interviewer to independently add their own scores and comments for a candidate. Previously, co-panelists had to agree on a unified decision regarding a candidate. Now, you have the freedom to provide your individual comments, scores, and decisions, even if they differ from those of your co-panelists. For example, you can shortlist a candidate even if another panelist has rejected them—allowing for more impartial and personalized evaluations.
Additionally, if a co-panelist has already scored a candidate, you can view their feedback and decision by selecting the options available under the three-dot menu next to the candidate’s entry.
To start scoring, click Start Scoring. This opens the evaluation form, where you can review, score, and comment on each assessment criterion. You’ll also find candidate details, past assessments, recruiter comments, and more on the right side of the form.
Once completed, the interview moves from Upcoming to Completed.
Feedback Pending:
Lists interviews that are overdue and await your decision. You can view details and continue scoring by clicking Start Scoring. Once signed off, the interview moves to Completed.
Completed:
Here you’ll find a list of all interviews that you have signed off. Along with essential interview, job, and candidate details, you can also see the panel’s overall decision in the column Panel’s Decision.
Shortlisted or Rejected: All interviewers have shortlisted or all have rejected the candidate.
Mixed Decision: Interviewers have made different choices for the candidate. For example, one interviewer might have shortlisted them while another put them on hold or rejected them.
Not Updated: A final decision has not yet been recorded by all the interviewers.
To view detailed feedback from each interviewer, simply click the View Details button.
In the Current Status column, you’ll see where the candidate stands in the recruitment pipeline as of that moment.
In Progress: The candidate is actively moving through the pipeline and hasn’t been rejected yet.
Rejected: The candidate is no longer under consideration for the role.
Hired: The recruiter has hired the candidate for the job.
For easy navigation, use the search and filter options at the top right of each tab to quickly locate specific candidates.
Review Candidates
The Review Candidates section is for pre-interview resume evaluations where no formal interview is scheduled yet. The recruiter requests your feedback to determine if a candidate should proceed to the interview stage.
This screen is divided into two tabs:
Pending: Displays all assigned reviews that are awaiting your action.
Completed: Shows a record of all the reviews you have completed.
To review a candidate, click Review. You can then add your comments and select your decision. Candidate details are accessible in the tab on the right side of the screen.
