The interview portal is created exclusively for each interviewer to interview the candidates. When the interview is scheduled, the interviewer will be notified via mail with all the interview details and a link to login to the interview portal.
Step 1: Login to the Interview portal.
Step 2: Click on the Meeting lobby.
Step 3: If the candidate failed to show up for the interview, You can click on Mark as No Show.
Step 4: If the interview has started, click on Start Scoring.
Step 5: Score the candidate on the assessment areas given.
Step 6: Give feedback. Click on Upload to upload any documents.
Step 7: Click on Save and Proceed.
Step 8: Make a decision and click on Save and Preview.
Step 9: After completing the interview,the candidate Assessment sheet will be generated. Click on the download option on the top right to download the assessment sheet. The assessment sheet will be also available in the ATS portal for the HR to review the candidate.
Once the interview is completed, the HR can take a decision on the candidate by reviewing the interviewer's decision.
