What is the Manage Job feature?

This feature makes it easier for the recruiters to manage each job by providing the job details and edit options in one panel. Here you can view the details of the selected job provided by the recruiter while creating the job, and also the details of the requisition under which the job is created.  


To use Manage Job, 


Step 1: Log in to ATS and go to Jobs


Step 2: Click on the three dots at the end of the job you want to manage and select the Manage Job option.

Step 3: Click on the job to open the View Job page and select Manage Job.


What is on the Manage Job panel?


a. Job info 

Shows all details given by the recruiter while creating the job. This includes the basic details, courses and certifications, skills, custom fields, job descriptions, and job application bot questions. Any changes made by the recruiter on the Edit Job page will be reflected here.


The name of the recruiter and the date and time of creation will be also displayed at the top.

b. Requisition Info 

Shows all details given by the requisition admin while creating the requisition of that job. This includes the requisition approvers and their remarks, suggested hiring team, basic requisition details, preferred candidate eligibility, and custom field details.

The name of the requisition admin and the time of creation will be also displayed at the top.


c. Hiring Team

The hiring team includes the selected recruiter, collaborators, and hiring managers. All chosen members of the hiring team will be displayed here.

You also have the option to edit the hiring team by clicking on the Edit Hiring Team option. After editing click on Submit to save.

d. Job Boards and Consultants


Job Boards

Options to publish on the career page, referral, and IJP along with any job boards  integrated into your instance will appear here. You can publish/unpublish the job from these job boards.

To publish/unpublish, hover over the job board to find the options. If the job is not published, the option to publish will appear on top of the job board. If the job is published it will show the option to unpublish.

Click on the option shown to perform the action.



Consultants


Below the job boards, you have the option to assign consultants.

Click on Assign Consultants to assign a consultant to the job. The list will show all the consultants you are partnering with. Select a consultant and click Assign.
