Assessment stages are the interview stages configured by the hiring team during the job creation process. Each job can have a different set of assessment stages. Candidates added to a job goes through these stages to reach the final Offer  stage and get hired. You can rename and reorder these stages according to your preference.

There are 3 types of assessment stages that you can choose from:

1.   Telephonic Interview, Technical Interview, HR Interview and Face to face interview

These assessment stages can be configured in a similar way. First, select one or more assessment areas. Assessment areas are those criteria against which the candidate will be scored during the interview process. Second, select the interviewers for the assessment stage. The list of interviewers can be edited when you move candidates to this assessment stage at a later point.

2.   Technical Assessment.

As part of the recruitment process, organizations may avail services from multiple assessment partners like Hackerearth, PerspectAI, DoSelect etc. In order to make the entire recruitment process seamless, Zappyhire allows integration with any 3rd party online technical assessments so that recruiters can

- Assign available tests

- Automatically send test invitation to candidates

- Automatically receive test score/ report once candidate completes the assessment

3.   AI Assessment

AI video interview: AI video interviews use AI to evaluate candidates and score them. This type of interview allows the recruiters and interviewers to assess candidates even before speaking to them.

To configure this stage, select questions from the suggested question bank or create new questions.

When a candidate is moved to this stage in the recruitment process, these questions are asked to the candidates.

When the candidate completes this stage, the video and audio of the candidate along with the assessment scores are available to the interviewers and hiring team to review. The assessment scored are automatically given based on the candidate's personality and language. The candidate has to speak for at least 10 seconds for the AI to assess the candidate.

To view the assessment scores, go to the job, select the candidate. A new tab opens with the candidate details. Select Assessments and view the candidate response video and the assessment scores.
