How to edit a job?

The hiring team can edit any of their jobs once it is drafted or published. 

  

To edit a job,


Step 1: Go to the Jobs screen. Select the job you want to edit. 



Step 2: You can access the edit job pop up in 2 ways.


1.   Go to the three dots () at the right end of the selected job and select the Manage job option.



On  the top of Manage Job screen, click on the Edit Job option.


2.   On the Jobs screen, click on the job you want to edit. On the top right corner, click on the Edit Job option.



Step 3:  A pop up opens with the prefilled job fields. You can edit the values and save the changes. 


Step 4: Click on Save & Close once the values are edited.


Once a job is edited on ATS portal, the job details will get updated wherever it has been shared.
