How to refer a candidate in the referral portal?

The referral portal dashboard displays all the jobs published in the referral portal by the recruiter. The logged in employee can refer one or more candidates for a job. 

However you cannot refer the same candidate for multiple jobs as the candidate already exists in the Zappyhire candidate data base.

To refer a candidate, 

Step 1: Login to the Referral Portal.

Step 2: From the dashboard > Referral tab, select the job to which you want to refer the candidate to.

Step 3: Click on the Refer Candidate button.

Step 4: Enter the candidate details. You can also add a message to the recruiter here.

Step 5: Click on Save to successfully complete the referral process.

An email and a notification will be triggered to recruiters in real-time with the referred employee, job, and candidate’s details.

To view all your referrals for a job, click on a job. All the candidates you have referred will be listed along with their current status in the recruitment process. You can send messages to the recruitment team by clicking on the message icon displayed below the column 'Message'. To view the candidate details you entered during the time of referral you can click on 'View details'. 

All the job related details are displayed on the top of this screen.
