How to refer a candidate from the career site?

Anyone can refer a candidate to an active job. Usually non employees refer candidates to a job from the career site. Employees of an organization refer candidates from the referral portal. 


To refer a candidate from the career site:


Step 1: Open the career site of the company and click on Refer candidate.

Step 2: The referrer can fill their details- referrer name, email address and phone number and then add the details of their referral.

Step 3: Click on Save after filling all the mandatory details. The candidate will be added to the job if they are eligible as per the job requirements.
