How to apply through IJP?

IJP or Internal Job Posting is an effective recruitment strategy that allows existing employees to move internally in the organization. This kind of mobility acts as powerful tool is retaining employees and improving the overall employee morale and productivity. 


IJP also saves the time of a recruiter. Posting jobs on multiple job boards, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting background verifications are some of the activities that are eliminated when a job is open for IJP. 


All jobs open for IJP will be listed below the IJP tab of the referral portal. To apply for job through IJP,


Step 1: Login to the referral portal.


Step 2: On the dashboard, click on the IJP tab.

Step 3: Select the job you would like to apply to.


Step 4: Click on the Apply for Myself button.

Step 5: The logged in employee's details will be autofilled. You can edit the details, if required.


Step 6: To complete the form, you must either add your LinkedIn profile or upload your resume.

Step 7: Click on Save to successfully complete applying for yourself.  


An employee can apply to one or more jobs open for IJP. After applying, the Apply for Myself button disappears and your current status in the recruitment process is displayed.
