When a candidate gets shortlisted for a job, they get access to an exclusive portal - the candidate portal. An email will be triggered and sent to the candidate which includes the interview details and a link to the candidate portal. The login credentials will be also sent along with this mail. The candidate can then click on the link and use the credentials to login to the candidate portal.
The candidate portal will have the candidate information such as contact details, experience, education, skills, etc., along with any uploaded documents.
Through this portal, the candidate can view their job status, attend interviews and also send messages to communicate with the recruiter. In case the recruiter wants the candidate to upload any specific document, it can be managed through the candidate portal.
