The candidates registered for various jobs will be present in the candidate repository. These candidates can be mapped to different jobs by the recruiter, if the recruiter finds the candidates eligible for those jobs. In this way if the candidate got rejected for the applied job opening, they will still have a chance to get shortlisted for another job opening if the candidate profile matches the job requirements.
There are 2 ways to map a candidate to another job,
1. From a job stage:
Step 1: Click on the job.
Step 2: Locate the candidate. Go to the three-dot menu(⋮) at the right end and select Map to another job option.
Step 3: Select the job to which you want to map the candidate and check the checkboxes if you want to notify the candidates or consultants.
Step 4: Click on Map.
The candidates will be mapped to the selected job. When the candidate is mapped, an email will be send to the Recruiter, collaborator and HM of the job he is currently in and of the new job that he is mapped to, which will include details such as name and email ID of the candidate mapped, and the name and ID of the job to which the candidate is mapped to.
2. From the candidate repository:
You can select multiple candidates and map them to a new job.
Step 1: Go to Candidates on the left side menu.
Step 2: Select the candidate or candidates from the candidate list and on the top click on Map option .
Step 3: Select the job to which you want to map and click on Map.
The selected candidates will be mapped to the selected job.
