Step 1: Go to the Jobs page. Search the job in the search box and click on the job.
Step 2: Click on the Ineligible Candidates icon to view the Ineligible Candidates list.
Step 3: Click on the three dots and select action.
Step 4: To reject, click on Reject and Send a Mail and click Yes. The candidate will be rejected and a mail will be sent to the candidate informing the status. If you don't want to inform the candidate, click on Reject (no mail).
Step 5: To push the candidate to the screened stage(make the candidate eligible), click on Mark as eligible option and click Yes.
The candidate will be moved to the screened stage. From this stage the HR and hiring manager can shortlist or reject the candidate.
