The candidates who applied for any job will be automatically screened and those who are eligible will be present in the screened stage of that particular job. From this stage, the HR and hiring manager can shortlist or reject the candidates.
Step 1: Go to the Screened stage.
Step 2: Locate the candidate to be shortlisted.
Step 3: Click on the Approve option under HR shortlist to shortlist the candidate.
Step 4: The HR can click on Notify Hiring Manager to notify the Hiring Manager. The Hiring manager can then click on the Approve option under Hiring Manager shortlist to shortlist the candidate(please note that the hiring manager approval is not mandatory for pushing the candidate to the next stage).
The shortlisted candidates can be pushed to the next stage and recruiter can start the assessment process.
