How to share jobs on multiple platforms?

Jobs are shared on multiple platforms to attract candidates. The hiring team can share all active jobs on various platforms. 

Two ways to share job details are:

1. Share jobs with the Copy URL option

Step 1: Click on the Jobs screen. Select the job you want to share. 

Step 2: Go to the three dots(⋮) at the right end of the selected job and select the Copy URL option.

Step 3: Select the portal/platform where you want to publish the job.

Step 4: Open the selected platform and paste the copied URL. This helps to track the exact source of the candidates who apply from the various platforms.  

2. Share jobs with the Share Job option.

Step 1:  Click on the Jobs screen. Select the job you want to share. 

Step 2:  Click on the job. Click on the three dots(⋮) menu at the top right of the View Job page and select the Share Job option 

Step 3: Select the portal/platform where you want to publish the job and type the text you want to share along with your post. You can also upload documents to post.  

The job will be shared to the selected portals/platforms.
