Many a times candidates may be interested to apply to a company but may not find jobs that suit their profiles. In this case, candidates can drop in their resumes. These resumes will be added to the candidate database and the recruiters can review the details and map them to jobs.
To drop a resume or register to a company:
Step 1: Open the career site. At the bottom of the screen, click on the Register button.
Step 2: Fill in the basic details in the form that opens.
When the candidate completes the form they will be added to the candidate database. Since the candidate did not apply for any job, all the open jobs that match the candidate profile is recommended for the candidate. Click on Recommended jobs to view the suggested jobs.
