This article guides you through the process of using ZappyVue's advanced language analysis feature to evaluate a candidate's language proficiency.
Step 1: Click on Create Interview.
Step 2: Input the name of the interview.
Step 3: Specify the designation you're hiring for.
Step 4: List the skill sets the candidate should ideally possess.
Step 5: Navigate to interview analysis.
Step 6: Find and enable the language analysis option. Note that we currently support German, Japanese, Chinese, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, French, Hebrew, and English.
Step 7: Select the language you want to evaluate the candidate's proficiency in. You'll see three additional sections: Reading, Writing, and Listening.
Step 8: In the Reading section, set the answering time and choose a topic.
Step 9: Click on preview topic to see an overview of the passage and the associated questions.
Step 10: In the Writing section, set the duration and select a topic.
Step 11: Click on preview topic to see the details.
Step 12: In the Listening section, set the duration, select a topic, and click on preview to listen.
Step 13: You're also able to add your own questions.
Step 14: After completing the above steps, proceed to set up the other details available in the platform.
Step 15: Set the cutoff score and invite the candidate either immediately or later.
After the candidate completes the reading, writing, speaking, and listening assessments, an advanced detailed analysis of their language proficiency will be available in the platform. If you need help, please contact our support team.
