ZappyVue - Zoho Recruit Integration Guide

This guide explains how to integrate ZappyVue, an automated video interview tool, with Zoho Recruit to streamline the candidate screening process. Start by installing the ZappyVue extension in Zoho Recruit:

Step 1: Navigate to the marketplace in Zoho Recruit and locate the ZappyVue automated video interview extension.

Step 2: Review the terms and service, then click on Install Now", then click on "Agree" and Click on "Continue".

Step 3: Click on "Agree and Continue”

Step 4: Select "Install for all users" and click on "Confirm" to complete the installation.

Next, enter the app token and client secret:

Step 1: Go to ZappyVue

Step 2: Click on "Apps", then click on "Create App".

Step 3: Enter an appropriate name

Step 4: Select "Zoho" from the "Created for" dropdown menu.

Step 5: Choose "Production" and click on Create App

Step 6: Refresh the screen to see the "Authorize Zoho" button

Step 7: Button. Click on "Authorize Zoho" and log into your account.

Step 8: Click on “Authorize Zoho”

Step 9: In the following screen, login and click on "Accept".

Step 10: Now visit ZappyVue and select "View App".

Step 11: Copy the client secret and app token, then paste them into your Zoho Recruit account.

Step 12: Click on "Save".

This completes the Zoho Recruit - ZappyVue integration process

Step 1: Go to "Candidates" and select a candidate in Zoho Recruit.

Step 2: Click on the "ZappyVue" button at the top of the screen.

Once the candidate completes the interview, their details, including language proficiency score, will be displayed in the Zoho Recruit interface.

Step 3: Select the job and interview from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Set an expiry date if necessary and click on "Initiate Interview".

Step 5: Once the candidate attempts the interview, their result and other information will be available in the candidate details section.
