Modified on Tue, 2 Jul at 5:30 AM

Explore the detailed functionalities of the interview listing feature in this guide. This feature allows users to manage both active and closed interviews effectively.

Start by navigating to the Interview tab to view the list of active and closed interviews.

Active interviews include all open interviews, while closed interviews comprise those that have been closed either automatically or manually.

In the active interview list, you can view the number of invited candidates, those who haven't attempted the interview, shortlisted candidates, and rejected candidates. You can also view the start and end dates for each interview.

Note that interview admins and collaborators can only manage their interviews. However, the account administrator has access to all interviews created by their team. For more functionalities, click on the three dots against an interview.

Click on View Interview Details to access the interview details and configurations set by the creator of the interview.

Click on Edit Interview to make any changes to an existing interview.

Any changes made will apply to candidates who haven't taken the interview yet and to newly invited candidates.

Click on Invite Candidates to invite candidates individually or in bulk.

To send a reminder to candidates, click on Send Reminder. This action will send an email to the candidates who have not attempted the interview yet.

Clone an interview by clicking on Clone Interview. This action allows you to duplicate an interview.

To close an interview, click on Close Interview and add the comments. You'll be prompted to add a comment and type 'close interview' in the window

After closing an interview, it moves from the active interview list to the closed interview list.

To delete an interview click on the Delete Interview option and add a comment, type in Delete Permanently, and then delete the interview. Only admins have the option to delete an interview.

In the closed interview tabs, click on the three dots to view interview details.

Reopen an interview by clicking the Reopen Interview button, adding a comment, and clicking on Reopen Interview.

Search for interviews by their ID, name, or designation.

Use the filter options to sort through the interviews. Click on Apply Filter to view the filtered results.
