How to Reset Password

This guide provides steps to log in for registered users and instructions to reset a forgotten password.

Logging In

Step 1: For registered users, click on the single sign-on option or enter the email ID and password used during registration.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

Step 1: If the password is forgotten, click on "forgot password". 

Step 2: Enter the registered email address and click "submit".

Step 3: An email will be received containing a link to authenticate the reset password request. 

Click on the authentication link. This will redirect to a window for resetting the password.

Enter the new password and confirm it.

Step 6: Click on "update password".

Step 7: An email will be received confirming the successful password reset.

Logging In with New Password

Step 1: After updating the password, click on "continue to log in page".

Step 2: Enter the email address and the newly created password.

Step 3: Click "Continue" to log in.
