Getting Started With ZappyVue

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to get started with ZappyVue.


Step 1: Navigate to the Zappyhire website and select ZappyVue automated video interviews from the product list. 




Step 2: Click on the Sign Up option. This redirects you to the registration page.




Step 3: Register as a new user. This is a necessary step for first-time users.




Step 4: Fill in the required details including full name, work email address, and create a password. After filling in all the details, click on the Register option. An activation link will be sent to the provided email address.




Step 5: Click on the activation link in the received email. This redirects back to the login page.

Step 6: On the login page, enter the email address and the password created during registration. Alternatively, use the Single Sign On option to log in via Google.




Step 7: When you login for the first time, you will have to fill out the registration form. Enter the company name, website, phone number, designation, and number of employees. After entering all the necessary details, click on Continue.

 



Upon successful registration and login, you'll be redirected to the Home page. You are now the admin of this account.




As an admin, you'll have options to create interviews, navigate the platform, explore support guides and videos that will help you navigate through the platform, and collaborate with team members. Invitations can be sent to team members for collaboration.
