How does a user log in to the Zappyhire ATS?

If you have the role of Administrator on Zappyhire ATS, you can add other users to the ATS by going to the Settings > User Management page.


When you add a new user, they will receive a login email containing a URL to the portal and their login credentials. By clicking on the URL and using the provided credentials, the user can log in to the ATS.


Similarly, when you add a user to the Employee Management page, they will gain access to the Zappyhire Referral Portal. Users who are given the role of Interviewer will have access to the Interview Portal. If a user has access to multiple portals, when they log in, the unified login page will list all of them.

If a user is in one portal and needs to access another, they can use the Switch Portal option to easily switch between portals.



How to set a default login portal?

To make things more convenient, users can set a portal as their default choice to avoid selecting it every time they log in. To do so, select a portal and check the Remember my selection option before proceeding. They can reset the default setting whenever they wish. 


You can reset your default portal on the Default Login Setting page. To open this page, 


Step 1: Click on the Switch Portal icon. 


 

Step 2: Select the Default Login Setting option to change your default portal.


Step 3: Select your default portal and click on Save.
