The Job Dashboard displays all the jobs that are drafted or created in the ATS portal. This page is accessible only by the Administrator, HR and the Hiring Manager user roles. To view the Job Dashboard, go to Jobs .
The top of the page displays the total count of jobs as well as the count of jobs in each status. It also displays the count of joined candidates, who are candidates marked as joined in the onboarding stage.
Click on the status tab to display jobs under that status. The job and its details will be listed in a table and a three-dot menu will be available for each job. The functions available in the menu will be different for jobs in different statuses(For eg, you can close a job on-hold and you can reopen a closed job).
The table list will display the IDs of the requisitions under which each job is created, the job IDs, the job titles, priority set for each job, the number of open positions and the number of positions filled, the closing date, the number of candidates who applied for each job, the number of applied candidates who are in progress, the number of candidates to whom the offer letter have been issued and the number of candidates who have accepted the offer.
Click on the job to view more details. You will open the View Job page where you can see all the assessment stages and the registered candidates of that particular job.
There is also a detailed filter section available to filter and search the jobs with the required criteria.
