If a consultant is a part of your recruitment team you can add them in ZappyRecruit. Every consultant that is added here is notified by email and receives a link to the consultant portal along with the login credentials. In the consultant portal the consultant can view all the jobs assigned to them, can add candidates and view the status of the candidates in the recruitment pipeline.
On the Home screen of the consultant portal all the active jobs assigned to the consultant are displayed. If an active job is closed, the job will move to the closed job section, and you can no longer upload candidates to that job.
How to add candidates in the consultant portal?
There are two ways to add candidates for a job in the consultant portal.
Option 1: On the right end of each active job an upload button allows the user to either add candidates via resume or an excel.
Option 2: Click on any job from the Active tab. A screen with all the job details such as the job description, closing date, no of positions, location etc is displayed. Click on the Upload candidates button to add candidates for this job.
How to find the uploaded candidates?
Click on any job to see the list of candidates that are added by you (the consultant) for that job. The candidate’s name, contact info, job status and resume is also displayed.
You can edit or add more details to a candidate by clicking on the Edit option. You can leave a message to the recruitment team by clicking on the message icon (on the left of the Edit option).
To the right of the screen, the hiring status and other job details are displayed.
- Resume Uploaded displays the number of candidates added by the logged in consultant for that job.
- Hired displays the number of candidates hired from the pool of candidates uploaded by the logged in consultant for that job.
- In Progress displays the number of candidates who are still in the recruitment pipeline.
- Rejected displays the number of candidates that were added by the logged in consultant for that job but has been rejected in the recruitment process.
Recruiting staff displays the name of the HR who owns the job. Below this you can view the required candidate profile. Details such as the years of experience required, minimum academic qualification, salary etc., helps a consultant understand the required candidate profile and add only those candidates that match the profile.
All the data displayed here is limited to the specific job and to the candidates added by the logged in consultant. The consultant does not have access to view the entire pool of candidates that have applied for the job.
