How to send a registration form to the candidate?

You can collect more details from the candidate by sending and requesting the candidate to fill a registration form. The candidate can login to the candidate portal and complete the registration form. The form will be present in the portal’s To-Do List.  


To send the registration form,


Step 1: Go to the job stage where the candidate is present and locate the candidate. 


Step 2: Under status, click on Send Registration Form.


The candidate will receive a mail requesting the candidate to complete the registration form. The candidate can login to the candidate portal and complete the registration form. The form will be present in the candidate’s To-Do List.

When the candidate click on the Registration form button, the Personal Data Information (PDI) form opens in which the candidate can enter their personal and contact details, family details,  academic details, previous/current employer reference, and other details such as expected Salary or joining date, willingness to go to client sites, extra Curricular activities / hobbies, languages known and history of medical problems, if any.

After filling the form, the candidate can save the form by clicking on the Save PDI Form button. Once completed, the candidate cannot view/ edit this form again. 


The PDF doc will be generated and saved in the Documents tab of the Candidate Details screen(Go to the job stage where the candidate is present and click on the candidate to open the candidate details screen). 


You can also save any updates that come with editing the candidate details, in the registration form.
