The requisition admin can edit or delete a requisition created by them. Apart from the requisition admin, the requisition approver is also given limited permission to make changes to the requisition during the approval process. To manage requisitions:
Step 1: On the left menu bar, click on Requisition.
Step 2: Select the requisition you want to edit. You can also search for the requisitions in the search field by using the requisition name or requisition ID or use the filters to find a requisition
Step 3: Go to the three dots (⋮) at the right end of the requisition.
From the list of options select,
- Edit requisition to edit. Once you have made all your changes , click on Submit for approval.
Each time the requisition admin makes changes to the requisition, it must be sent for approval. If the edited requisition is approved, the jobs created after this approval will reflect the new changes. The old jobs (before the requisition was edited and approved) will continue to display the old information. If the edited requisition is rejected by the approver, the changes will be discarded and the requisition will continue to exist in its original form
- Delete requisition to delete. Type “permanently delete” on the text field to confirm and click on Delete requisition. If you permanently delete the requisition, the requisition along with the requisition ID will be removed permanently from the requisition page. All the jobs related to the requisition will also be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
