You can reuse an already existing requisition instead of creating a new one every time. This helps in saving time for the requisition admin.
To reuse a requisition:
Step 1: On the left menu bar, click on Requisition. On the requisition dashboard click on +Create Requisition.
Step 2: Select Yes for the question ”Would you like to reuse previous requisition?” A new field will appear to the right side of the question.
Step 3: Select the requisition you would like to reuse from the list of existing requisitions and click on Fetch Details. All the details of the selected requisition will appear on all the fields except the 'Reason for Requirement' field.
Step 4: Select the Reason for Requirement. If you select:
- Replacement Hiring: Enter the name and ID of the employee whom you want to replace.
- New Position: Select recruitment type, budgeted or non-budgeted.
- Other Reason: Specify the reason.
Step 5: You can also edit any of the other fields before saving your changes. After entering/reviewing all the details, click on Submit for Approval if the requisition requires approval or click on the Create Requisition button to create the requisition.
