How to add consultants?

Consultants are agencies that take up the responsibility of attracting and matching candidates for temporary or permanent jobs with client companies. Many companies use the help of consultants to find the right candidates quicker. The role of a consultant varies from one organization to another. In some, the consultant goes to the extent of organizing and conducting interviews while in other organizations the role of a consultant is limited to providing a pool of candidates suited for the job. 


To assign consultants to a job, you will first need to add consultants. You can add consultants only if you have the administrator access.


Step 1: Go to Settings > Consultant Management. Click on Add Consultants.


Step 2: Enter the consultant details such as consultancy name, location, email ID, user name and phone number. Click on Create consultant.


An automatic email is sent to the newly added consultant with the login credentials and a link through which they can access the consultant portal.
