Many a times a user would prefer to add all the employees in one go rather than adding employees one after the other. The Upload employee option allows a user to add multiple employees simultaneously thus saving the user's time by a great deal.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Employee Management.
Step 2: Click on Upload Employees.
Step 3: A pop up opens with an instruction to download an excel template. Before you can upload all the employee details, you must first download the excel template and add all the employee details in the given excel format.
Step 4: Once you have added all the employee details in the downloaded excel template click on Upload and select the file. You can also Drag and Drop the file that needs to be uploaded.
All the employees in the selected file will be added automatically and displayed in the Employee User Management.
