Disabling an employee restricts them from logging in to the referral portal. This is Not a permanent action. At anytime you can Enable an employee that has been moved to the disabled status.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Employee Management.
Step 2: From the list of employees select the employee you want to disable. You can also search for employees by their name, id or designation.
Step 3: From the three icons displayed next to all employees, click on the Disable icon of the employee you want to disable. The employee will move to a disabled status and cannot access the referral portal. However, the employee details will still be visible in this list in a faded or greyed out style.
Step 4: For all the employees in the disabled status, only two icons are displayed against their details. To enable the employee and restore their previous permissions, click on the Enable icon. The user can then login and use the referral portal again.
